Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices in the field, including switches, routers, RF radio links, VSAT Satellite and wireless access points.

Troubleshooting and resolution of network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity and related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Electronic/ Electrical/ Telecom Engineering or a related field.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA) would be a plus.
