Position Overview:
This role will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations and assist with the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for both HR and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Draft and organize presentations on recruitment strategies, interview feedback, and candidate evaluations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn
- Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all candidates.
- Draft, review, and update recruitment-related policies and procedures.
HR Administrative Support:
- Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with administering employee benefits, tracking leave, and handling employee queries.
- Draft internal communications related to HR initiatives, company policies, and team announcements.
- Assist with drafting and updating company policies in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Assist with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards on recruitment and HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, employee retention, source of hire).
