Role Description:
As an Ecommerce Associate Intern at Alliancez group of companies (Prime dot), you will play a vital role in our online operations. Your responsibilities will include managing our e-commerce platform, handling customer orders and inquiries, coordinating logistics and shipping, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the e-commerce platform with product listings and promotions.
Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate logistics and shipping operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and social media management.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience or familiarity with E-Commerce platforms.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
