INFORMATION SECURITY CONSULTANT (Karachi Based)

Note: Fresh Graduates from Information Security / Cyber Security field can also apply

Experience:

ABM Infotech (Private) Limited is seeking an Information Security Consultant with 

3-4 years of hands-on experience working with mid to large-sized organizations or service providers. The role requires providing consultancy, implementation, and support for information security solutions/products across various domains such as:

1. Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
2. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
3. Security Operations Center (SOC)
4. Endpoint Security
5. Email & Web Security
6. Gateway Security

You will be working with a range of industry-leading products, such as Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Sophos, Tenable, and TrendMicro, and you should be comfortable designing, deploying, and supporting these solutions. We seek a candidate who can start delivering value within  2 weeks of joining.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and support Information Security (IS) solutions, including those from Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Sophos, Tenable, and TrendMicro.
2. Lead the design and testing of new solutions to meet evolving security requirements.
3. Conduct product/solution demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and presentations for enterprise-level clients.
4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve security challenges.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and solutions in the cybersecurity landscape.

Product/Technology Certifications:

Candidates must have a diversified portfolio of renowned certifications in information security products/technologies. Certifications in any of the following are highly preferred:

1. Symantec/Broadcom
2. Forcepoint
3. Fortinet
4. Sophos
5. Tenable
6. TrendMicro
7. DLP

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security.
2. Equivalent industry experience may also be considered.
3. Preference will be given to candidates already certified in the technologies we use.
